What is your return policy?

We offer no exchanges for worn-on bikinis/undergarments. If the product, in the rare case, is faulty/incorrect size then it can be exchanged, after upon inspecting it has not been worn.

What is your time frame for returns?

Please send us an email within 2 days of your parcel arriving. If you contact us any later than the date it was delivered we cannot process a return.

How should I wash my bikini? 

We recommend you use cold water and hand wash your bikinis & accessories.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped, after your items are shipped we cannot provide a cancellation.

Standard shipping within Australia is around 4-7 business days.

Express shipping within Australia is around 1-3 business days.

Standard shipping outside Australia is around 10- 20 business days.
